In the feasibility package every figure is tagged as a published fact, a target or a screening assumption, and nothing is presented as agreed until a signed document exists.

Funding is released in milestone tranches with stop rights, at decision gates from concept freeze to the investment decision.

IFC Performance Standards and the Equator Principles apply from scoping, not as a later overlay.
